Where do you ship your products to?

Our Product Line of non-dangerous goods like Charging Docks, Solar Panels, Powerbanks (up to 20.000 mAh!) and other Accessories can be ordered from and will be shipped to the following countries:

All dangerous goods like our Powerbanks with more than 20.000 mAh and our Powerstation products can only be ordered from and will be shipped to the following countries due to transport and flight restrictions.

What Carriers are used?

We use top international Carriers like DHL and TNT Express for fast and secure product shipping.  
We select the corresponding carrier by purchased products and the destination to best fit shipping needs.

 

Can I track my order?
Yes! You will get a notification from our system including carrier info and tracking link´as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Free Shipment:                0,- with orders above 30,-€ (Time-based limited offer)

 

Dangerous goods
Standard Shipment:       70,-
Free Shipment:                0,- with orders above 150,-€ (Time-based limited offer)

 

What is the processing time for my order at vinnicpower.de?

In most cases, orders are processed and delivered within 2-7 working days.
The actual delivery time depends on the purchased product and destination.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
